摘要
从自然植物中挖掘和分离活性成分已成为新药开发的重要途径.没食子酸乙酯(Ethyl Gallate,EG)是一种来源于植物的天然多酚类化合物,具有显著的抗癌和抗菌活性.目前关于没食子酸乙酯的研究性报道较多,但是未出现总结性报道.综述了近年来没食子酸乙酯的抗癌抗菌作用及其机制的研究,以期为新药的研究和临床应用提供新的参考价值.
Abstract
The extraction and isolation of active components from natural plants have become an important approach for the development of new drugs.Ethyl gallate is a natural polyphenolic compound derived from plants with significant antibacterial and anticancer activities.At present,there are many studies on ethyl gallate,but there is no summary report.This article reviews the antibacterial and anticancer effects of ethyl gallate and its mechanism in recent years,to provide new ideas for the research and clinical application of new drugs.
