中药材真菌毒素污染检测研究进展

摘要
随着中医药的全球化发展进程,国内外越来越关注中药材的质量安全问题,其中真菌毒素污染问题在全球范围内都普遍存在.中药材在种植、采收、加工、运输、贮藏等环节中,很容易被真菌毒素所污染,中药材的安全性受到很大影响,严重危害人类的身体健康.在国家中医药"十四五"发展规划的背景下,中国中医药事业蓬勃发展,在习近平总书记提出的药品"四个最严"要求指引下,中药材的质量问题越来越受到各界的关注.本文对国内外中药材真菌毒素污染现状、检测技术进行综述,提出建立中药材真菌毒素质量标准的迫切性和必要性.
Abstract
At present,more and more attention has been paid to the quality and safety of traditional Chinese medicine at home and abroad.Mycotoxin pollution is widespread all over the world.Chinese medicinal materials are easy to be polluted by mycotoxins in the process of planting,harvesting,processing,transportation,storage and so on.The edible safety of traditional Chinese medicine has been greatly affected.Seriously endangering human health.In the context of the development of traditional Chinese medicine in the 14th five year plan,with the vigorous development of traditional Chinese medicine,more and more consumers began to pay attention to the quality of traditional Chinese medicine.In this paper,the pollution status of mycotoxins in traditional Chinese medicine at home and abroad were reviewed.The urgency and necessity of establishing quality standards for mycotoxins in traditional Chinese medicine were expounded.
