药物的研发不仅在于其对人类健康的保障,更在于其对科技、经济全面发展的推动作用,然而新药物的研发时间漫长且成本高,急需新技术的出现.人工智能(AI)技术的发展,为高效低成本的药物研发带来了希望.本文从多重药理学,药物设计,药物筛选,药物再利用四个方面阐述AI技术在药物研发中的应用.
Abstract
The research and development of drugs not only lies in its protection of human health,but also in its promotion of the comprehensive development of science and technology and economy.However,the research and development of new drugs takes a long time and the cost is high,and the emergence of new technologies is urgently needed.The development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology has brought hope for efficient and low-cost drug development.This paper will elaborate the application of AI technology in four aspects:multi-pharmacology,drug design,drug screening,and drug reuse in drug development.
