摘要
生物碱类化学成分是中药吴茱萸最主要的活性成分,临床应用广泛,药用价值高.现代药理药效研究表明,其总生物碱对心血管系统、消化系统和神经系统具有一定的保护作用,而且也具有抗菌、抗炎和抗肿瘤等作用.吴茱萸中生物碱类化合物的相关研究现已经成为吴茱萸研究的热点,尤其是对吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱、去氢吴茱萸碱的研究取得了较大进展.对吴茱萸中物碱类化学成分、临床应用及现代药理药效等方面的内容进行归纳总结,旨在为吴茱萸中生物碱类化合物的研究、开发与利用提供参考.
Abstract
Alkaloid chemical components are the most important active ingredients of Chinese medicine Evodia,which has extensive clinical applications and high medicinal value.Modern pharmacological efficacy studies have shown that its total alkaloids have certain protective effects on the cardiovascular system,digestive system and nervous system,and also have antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor effects.The related research on alkaloids in Evodia has become a hot spot in the research of Evodia.Especially,great progress has been made in the research of Evodiamine,Rutaecarpine and Dehydroevodiamine.The chemical composition,clinical application and modern pharmacological efficacy of alkaloids on Evodia are summarized,aiming to provide reference for the research,development and utilization of alkaloids in Evodia.
