Pilot Scale Experiment of IMD High-efficiency Anaerobic Digestion Reactor
At present,IMD new high-efficiency anaerobic digestion reactor is widely used in the treatment of high concentration organic slurry. In this study, the pilot operation of IMD anaerobic digestion treatment was investigated to provide reference for the expansion of engineering applications. The results show that under the condition of medium temperature(35℃),when the VS organic load is 7.0 kgVS/m3·d,the COD removal rate is more than 80%,the average discharge alkalinity is 16565 mg/L,the average VFA is 3285 mg/L,the VFA/alkalinity ratio is 0.2,the average gas production rate of tons of kitchen waste slurry is 84 m3,and the average VS gas production rate is 1.23 m³/kgVS,indicating that the system has good stability.Compared with other anaerobic reactors,IMD has the advantages of simple structure, convenient equipment maintenance, high organic load and high organic matter removal efficiency.
