Catalytic Pyrolysis Properties and Product Distribution Patterns of Herb Residues
In this study,a series of AlMCM-41,β30,HY,ZSM-5 commercial molecular sieve type catalysts for the rapid pyrolysis of herb residues were explored thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and Py-GC/MS instrument analysis was performed to determine the chemical components of the liquid phase products of the rapid pyrolysis of herb residues and different molecular sieve-doped herb residues, focusing on the effects of pyrolysis temperature, catalyst type and other the effects of pyrolysis temperature and catalyst type on the composition distribution of pyrolysis oil were discussed.Compared with the direct pyrolysis of herb residues, the addition of molecular sieve catalysts in the rapid pyrolysis of herb residues produced aromatic hydrocarbons more efficiently and suppressed the formation of phenols and ketones more effectively. At a pyrolysis temperature of 700℃,the phenolic content of the four catalysts was 9.9%,11.8%,11.3%and 16.9%,and the ketone content was 10.9%,10.6%,20.2%and 13.4%,respectively,in the pyrolysis oil.In addition, the relative aromatic content of ZSM-5 can reach 7.2%,which makes it more suitable for the catalytic pyrolysis of herb residues.
