中药渣催化热解特性与产物分布规律

本研究探索了一系列用于中药渣快速热解的AlMCM-41、β30、HY、ZSM-5 商业分子筛类催化剂,进行了热重分析(TGA),Py-GC/MS联用仪分析,对中药渣原样和不同分子筛掺杂中药渣快速热解液相产物的化学组分进行了测定,重点讨论了热解温度、催化剂种类等参数对热解油组成分布的影响规律.与中药渣原料直接热解相比,加入分子筛催化剂在中药渣快速热解中生产芳烃的效率更高,且更有效抑制了酚类和酮类化合物的生成.当热解温度为700℃时,4种催化剂对应热解油中酚类含量分别为9.9%、11.8%、11.3%和 16.9%,酮类含量分别为10.9%、10.6%、20.2%和13.4%.分析结果表明,ZSM-5 芳烃相对含量可达到7.2%,更加适用于中药渣的催化热解.
Catalytic Pyrolysis Properties and Product Distribution Patterns of Herb Residues
In this study,a series of AlMCM-41,β30,HY,ZSM-5 commercial molecular sieve type catalysts for the rapid pyrolysis of herb residues were explored thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and Py-GC/MS instrument analysis was performed to determine the chemical components of the liquid phase products of the rapid pyrolysis of herb residues and different molecular sieve-doped herb residues,focusing on the effects of pyrolysis temperature,catalyst type and other the effects of pyrolysis temperature and catalyst type on the composition distribution of pyrolysis oil were discussed.Compared with the direct pyrolysis of herb residues,the addition of molecular sieve catalysts in the rapid pyrolysis of herb residues produced aromatic hydrocarbons more efficiently and suppressed the formation of phenols and ketones more effectively.At a pyrolysis temperature of 700℃,the phenolic content of the four catalysts was 9.9%,11.8%,11.3%and 16.9%,and the ketone content was 10.9%,10.6%,20.2%and 13.4%,respectively,in the pyrolysis oil.In addition,the relative aromatic content of ZSM-5 can reach 7.2%,which makes it more suitable for the catalytic pyrolysis of herb residues.
