摘要

以市售葡萄柚、佛手柑、柠檬、柑橘、甜橙、蜜柚精油为研究对象,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)技术对6 种柑橘类植物精油成分进行分析.结果表明,6 种柑橘类精油样品共检测出 19 种成分,主要为萜烯类、醇类、醛类、酯类、酮类及酚类化合物,其中萜烯类、醇类、醛类的含量较高.6 种柑橘类精油的共有成分为α-蒎烯、β-月桂烯、D-柠檬烯等,不同柑橘类精油中还含有各自的特有成分,这也是柑橘类植物精油呈现不同品质的因素之一.

Abstract

The essential oils of grapefruit,bergamot,lemon,citrus,sweet orange and pomelo were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results showed that a total of 19 components were detected in 6 citrus essential oil samples,which were mainly terpenes,alcohols,aldehydes,esters,ketones and phenols,and the contents of terpenes,alcohols and aldehydes were higher.The common components of the six citrus essential oils were α-pinene,β-laurene,D-limonene,etc.,and different citrus essential oils also contained unique components,which was one of the factors contributing to the different qualities of citrus essential oils.
