《粉体工程》校企共建精品课程中的联动机制探究——以贺州学院粉体材料科学与工程专业《粉体工程》课程为例

《粉体工程》课程是材料类专业课程中重要的组成部分,是一门与粉体企业生产过程紧密相关的专业课程,在应用型人才培养的过程中,课程的授课需紧跟实际应用的需求进行对口的教学设计.《粉体工程》课程施教的过程中,设有校内授课教师和校外企业教师,校企教师共同进行施教过程,在校内学习了基本的课程知识点后,将企业遇到的共性问题经由企业教师与校内教师共同研讨形成专业教学设计方案,将生产共性问题直接搬上课堂,结合课程施教理论进行实际问题的解决,再经由学校实验平台进行实验得到基础数据,进而在学校中试平台进行工程实践,得到合理性操作参数后经由企业教师在企业生产中进行适时的放大试生产,形成理论-实验-中试-工程实践的校企联动机制.
Research on the Linkage in the Course of"Powder Engineering"——a Case Study of"Powder Engineering"Course in Powder Materials Science and Engineering Major of Hezhou University
The course of powder engineering is an important part of the course of material specialty,which is closely related to the production process of powder enterprises,the teaching of the course should be designed according to the needs of practical application.In the course of"Powder Engineering",there are teachers from inside and outside the school,and the teachers from the school and enterprise carry out the teaching process together.After learning the basic knowledge points of the course in the school,the common problems encountered by enterprises will be discussed by enterprise teachers and school teachers to form a professional teaching design,the common problems of production will be directly transferred to the classroom,combined with curriculum teaching theory to solve practical problems,then the basic data are obtained through the experiment of the school experimental platform,and then the engineering practice is carried out on the school experimental platform,and the reasonable operating parameters are obtained,formation of theory-experiment-pilot-engineering practice of the school-enterprise linkage mechanism.
