大学有机化学教材引入卤键的必要性研究

卤键是存在于分子间或分子内的一种非共价吸引相互作用,近年来逐渐成为化学、生物、材料等学科研究的热门领域之一.2013 年,IUPAC已给出了卤键的明确定义.而在大学有机化学教材中,很多重要的有机化学反应都有卤素分子的参与.通过采用量子化学计算,本文证明了卤素分子参与的相关有机化学反应中都有卤键的存在,并指出在教材中引入卤键概念对于学生准确理解和熟练掌握这些重要反应的必要性.
The Necessity Study of Introducing Halogen Bond in University Organic Chemistry Textbook
Halogen bond is an attractive noncovalent interaction that exists between molecules or within a molecule,and it has gradually become a hot topic in various fields of research,including chemistry,biology,materials,etc.In 2013,the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry(IUPAC)provided a clear definition of halogen bond.In many university organic chemistry textbooks,some significant organic reactions involve the participation of halogen molecules.Through quantum chemical calculations,we have demonstrated the presence of halogen bond in these organic reactions involving halogen molecules,emphasizing that introducing the concept of halogen bond in textbooks is beneficial for students to gain a more accurate understanding and proficient mastery of these important reactions.
