ASA胶含量对PC/ASA合金性能的影响

通过熔体流动速率、热变形温度和力学性能等指标变化评价了ASA胶含量及用量对PC/ASA合金性能的影响。结果表明,随着ASA用量的增加,合金的热变形温度下降;可以通过ASA胶含量和用量调节合金的流动性;不论合金的组成,ASA胶含量为30%的PC/ASA合金的低温冲击强度最高;当PC/ASA比例为 7∶3,ASA胶含量为30%时,PC/ASA合金的低温冲击强度最高为36 kJ/m2。
Effect of the Rubber Content of ASA on Properties of PC/ASA Alloy
The effects of ASA rubber content and dosage on the properties of flame PC/ASA alloy were evaluated through the change of melt flow rate,heat distortion temperature and mechanical propertie.The test results showed that the heat distortion temperature of PC/ASA alloy was decreased with the increasing of ASA amount.The melt flow rate of the PC/ASA alloy can be adjusted through the rubber content and dosage of ASA.Regardless of the composition of the alloy,PC/ASA with ASA having rubber content of 30%has the highest low-temperature impact strength;When the PC/ASA ratio is 7∶3 and the ASA rubber content is 30%,the low-temperature impact strength of the PC/ASA alloy reaches a maximum of 36 kJ/m2.
