摘要
4-(溴甲基)-3-氟苯甲酸是一种重要医药化工中间体.本文以3-氟-4-甲基苯甲酸为原料,经取代反应得到目标化合物.该合成方法操作简便、后处理操作简便,花费时间少且产物纯度高;此方法为4-(溴甲基)-3-氟苯甲酸的合成提供了合成路线,也为进一步相关类似的合成研究奠定基础.
Abstract
4-(Bromomethyl)-3-fluorobenzoic acid is an important pharmaceutical and chemical intermediate.In this paper,the target compound was obtained by substitution reaction using 3-fluoro-4-methylbenzoic acid as raw material.The synthesis method is simple,the post-processing operation is simple,the time is less and the product purity is high;this method provides a synthetic route for the synthesis of 4-(bromomethyl)-3-fluorobenzoic acid,and also lays a foundation for further similar synthesis research.
