摘要

聚酯薄膜因具有良好韧性、化学稳定、耐热性能等,广泛应用于包装印刷领域.本文讨论性能稳定的在线涂布印刷增强涂层双向拉伸聚酯薄膜和引入抗静电功能的在线涂布抗静电印刷增强涂层双向拉伸聚酯薄膜的油墨牢度,尤其在印刷时的湿度、不同颜色种类 UV 油墨以及涂层耐污性能对其油墨牢度的影响程度.抗静电功能的引入对印刷增强涂层的油墨牢度无明显影响,可适当降低印刷时的湿度,耐污性能优异,并有望提高印刷时的速度,提升生产效率,保持良好的油墨牢度.

Abstract

Polyester film has been used in package industries for long time due to excellent toughness,chemical stability,heat resistance,etc.The ink adhesion of in-line coated print enhancing BOPET and in-line coated anti-static print enhancing BOPET have been discussed,including humidity,difference of UV ink and stain resistance.The result shows that in-line coated print enhancing BOPET and in-line coating anti-static print enhancing BOPET both have good adhesion to all kinds of UV inks.
