摘要
功能化吲哚在许多研究领域有广泛的应用,因此旋光性吲哚衍生物的合成在有机合成中有重要的意义.催化不对称Friedel-Crafts 烷基化是研究吲哚区域选择性功能化最直接、最彻底的方法.本文综述了近二十年来有机催化剂催化吲哚的不对称Friedel-Crafts烷基化反应的进展,并对此作出总结与展望.
Abstract
Functionalized indoles are widely used in many research fields,so the synthesis of optically active indole derivatives is of great significance in organic synthesis.Catalytic asymmetric Friedel-Crafts alkylation is the most direct and thorough method to study the regioselective functionalization of indoles.In this paper,the progress of asymmetric Friedel-Crafts alkylation of indoles catalyzed by organic catalysts in recent 20 years is reviewed,and the summary and prospect are made.
