摘要
针对大庆炼化公司炼油污水处理系统,由于含油量的增加导致生化池生物泡沫明显增多,针对此情况开展相关研究,分析影响因素及危害,提出解决方案.通过试验研究选用合适的消泡剂,对生化池中的泡沫消除,消泡剂不但能明显降低泡沫的高度,而且维持时间长,已经在现场工业化应用,消泡效果良好,保证污水处理系统长周期平稳运行.
Abstract
According to the oil treatment system of daqing refining and chemical company,the biofouling of biofouling in the Biofilm was increased.By using the suitable defoaming agent,the defoaming agent can obviously reduce the height of the foam,and the maintenance time is long.It has been used in the field of industrialization,and the defoaming effect is good,and the sewage treatment system is guaranteed.Long period runs smoothly.
