工业废盐管理模式与处置出路研究进展

摘要
针对当前工业废盐的处置难题,本文对工业废盐的管理模式和处置出路进行了深入探讨.结合现行的固体废物管理模式,本文提出了工业废盐管理模式,全面剖析了当前管理与处置所面临的困境,并提出有效的应对举措.在处置出路方面,总结了当前的无害化技术和资源化利用领域,并对"趋零填埋"政策导向下的无害化工业盐排海的终端处置方式进行了初步路径探索和风险评估.本研究旨在为工业废盐的合理处置提供有力的理论支持与实践指导.
Abstract
In view of the industrial waste salt disposal problem,the management mode and disposal outlet of industrial waste salt have been deeply explored in this paper.Combining current solid waste management mode,the paper proposed the management mode of industrial waste salt;comprehensively analyzed the dilemma faced by the management and disposal,and put forward the effective countermeasures.In terms of disposal outlet,the current harmless treatment technology and resource utilization field were summarized,and preliminary path exploration and risk management assessment of the terminal disposal mode of harmless industry waste salt discharge under the policy orientation of"Landfill towards zero"were carried out.This study aims to provide powerful theoretical support and practical guidance for the reasonable disposal of industrial waste salt.
