摘要
目的:研究一种由双链季铵盐与真菌提取物复配制备的多用途消毒液杀菌效果及安全性.方法:采用悬液定量杀菌试验、消毒模拟现场及现场试验、金属腐蚀性试验和动物毒性试验方法对该消毒液的杀菌效果及相关性能进行观察.结果:该多用途消毒液原液杀菌效果显著,毒理学评价结果均为阴性,金属腐蚀性弱.结论:该消毒液高效、温和、低毒,适用于完整皮肤、普通物体表面以及织物洗涤消毒.
Abstract
Objective:To understand the disinfection efficacy and safety of a multipurpose disinfectant which comprises double chain quaternary ammonium salt and fungal extracts.Methods:The suspension quantitative bactericidal test,simulation experiment,field test,animal toxicity experiments and metal corrosion test were used to experimentally observe the germicidal effect and related properties of this disinfectant.Results:The multipurpose disinfectant stock solution has a significant germicidal effect,the results of the toxicology tests were non-toxic,and had low corrosiveness to metals.Conclusion:This disinfectant has characteristics of high efficacy,low stimulation and low toxicity,and can be used for daily disinfection.
