复合油脂纳米乳液质量评价及其修护功效研究

以聚甘油类乳化剂为主乳化剂,甘油为助乳化剂,3种植物油脂(牡丹籽油∶红花籽油∶深海两节荠籽油=1∶1∶1)作为被包裹对象,采用高压均质技术制备得到复合植物油脂纳米乳液,对其理化特性进行考察,同时结合人体评测方式对纳米乳液的肤感与修护功效进行探究.结果显示:所制备的复合植物油脂纳米乳液为水包油型乳液,具有丁达尔现象,粒径(D90)129 nm,PDI 0.183,Zeta电位-33.37 mV,满足纳米乳液的基本要求.且具有极佳的稀释稳定性,电导率22.04 μs/cm,pH 7.05,折光率1.4312、粘度57.11 mpas.在肤感上,添加5%复合植物油脂纳米乳液的精华露在保湿性、滋润感、柔软感以及整体满意度均优于空白组;在修护功效上,添加5%复合植物油脂纳米乳液的精华露在 4h和6h与涂抹样品前相比,其皮肤角质层含水量分别改善了32.97%、34.47%,经皮水分散失分别改善了26.80%、30.52%,均优于空白组,且p<0.05,表明其具有很好的修护功效.
Study on Quality Evaluation and Repair Efficacy of Compound Oil Nanoemulsion
In this study,the polyglycerol emulsifier was selected as the main emulsifier,glycerin was used as the co-emulsifier,and three kinds of plant oils(paeonia suffruticosa seed oil∶carthamus tinctorius seed oil∶crambe abyssinica seed oil=1∶1∶1)were used as the encapsulated actives.The nanoemulsion of three plant oils was prepared by high-pressure homogenization technology,and its physical and chemical properties were investigated.Tindal phenomenon proves the nanoemulsion is an oil-in-water emulsion.The nanoemulsion particle diameter(D90)is 129 nm,PDI is 0.183,and the Zeta potential is-33.37 mV,which meet the basic requirements of nanoemulsion.At the same time,the nanoemulsion show excellent dilution stability,with conductivity of 22.04 μs/cm,pH of 7.05,refractive index of 1.4312 and viscosity of 57.11 mpas.By sensory evaluation,the serum within 5%nanoemulsion of three kind of plant oils is better than the blank control,including testing indexes of moisturizing,hydrating,softness and so on.By human efficacy evaluation test,when applying the serum within 5%nanoemulsion for 4 h and 6 h,the skin hydration is respectively improved by 32.97%and 34.47%,and the TEWL is respectively improvedby 26.80%and 30.52%,with better performance compared to the control(p<0.05),which indicates the skin repair is accelerated.
