开放性实验教学能够较好的提升学生综合实践能力和创新思维能力,是本科实验教学中非常重要的课程.本文以 Co/SiO2和Cu-Co/SiO2催化剂的制备、表征、及在生物质基γ-丁内酯加氢反应中的性能为主要内容设计了一个化学工程与工艺专业本科教学的开放性综合实验.该实验可以强化学生的绿色化学思想和环保意识,培养学生分析问题和解决问题的综合能力,提升学生的自主能动性,培养学生创新思维能力.
Open Experiment Design:the Characterization and Activity Evaluation of Co/SiO2 and Cu-Co/SiO2 Catalysts in the Hydrogenation of γ-Butyrolactone
Open experimental teaching can effectively enhance students'comprehensive practical and innovative thinking abilities,and it is a very important course in undergraduate experimental teaching.In this paper,the preparation,characterization,and activity of Co/SiO2 and Cu-Co/SiO2 catalysts in the hydrogenation of biomass-derived γ-butyrolactone were taken as the main contents to design an open comprehensive experiment for undergraduate teaching of chemical engineering and technology major.This experiment can strengthen students'green chemistry and environmental awareness,cultivate students'comprehensive ability to analyze and solve problems,enhance students'autonomy,and cultivate students'innovative thinking ability.
