Phenols Enrichment and Antioxidant Evaluation of Refined Mongolian Oak Wood Vinegar
Mongolian oak wood vinegar was purified by static filtration extraction(the ratio of ethyl acetate to wood vinegar liquid is 1∶1)and rotating film evaporation. The compounds were mainly composed of phenols(31.51%),ketones(27.71%),esters(24.77%)and acids(5.91%)by gas chromatogram-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The compound with the highest GC content was dibutyl phthalate(14.27%),followed by phenol(13.91%),guaiacol(9.40%),(S)-4-ethyl-2-oxazolidinone(7.60%),p-cresol(6.16%)and so on.The total reducing power,OH clearance rate and DPPH clearance rate of aqueous phase, organic phase and wood vinegar were dose-effect relationship with the concentration of the sample solution. In summary, the antioxidant effect of organic phase was the best, followed by wood vinegar stock solution, and the water phase was the weakest.
