Celecoxib is a commonly used drug for the treatment of acute,chronic osteoarthritis,and rheumatoid arthritis.However,its clinical application is limited due to its low solubility.In order to solve the problems of poor solubility and low bioavailability of celecoxib,the research status of new dosage forms and technologies of celecoxib in the past three years is reviewed,and various dosage forms and technologies are evaluated.The future research direction of celecoxib is to develop new formulations with high solubility,low toxicity,and good stability,in order to improve its solubility,reduce drug dosage,and reduce adverse reactions.
