Research Progress on the Anti-tumor Effect of Patchouli
Patchouli is a common traditional Chinese herbal medicine that has antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and other effects in clinical applications.With further research,it has been found that it also has anti-tumor effects.Inhibiting tumor cell proliferation by regulating apoptotic genes and cell cycle is an adjuvant drug based on the side effects and drug resistance of conventional treatment for malignant tumors.This article will discuss the physicochemical properties,pharmacological effects,anti-tumor mechanism of the drug,and the correlation of breast cancer treatment.
