The Applications of Dummy-template Molecularly Imprinted Technology in Food Inspection
Dummy-template molecularly imprinted technology is a stragety of preparing molecularly imprinted polymers by selecting compounds with similar structures,shapes and sizes to the target compounds as the dummy templates.This stragety can solve the problems of template leakage,as well as the target compounds unavailability or unsuitability,which is one of the hotspots in molecular imprinted technology research.This article reviews the recent application progress of dummy-template molecularly imprinted technology in pesticide residues,drug residues,fungal toxins,and other organic pollutants in the field of the food inspection.And it also analyzes the application prospects and proposes the problems to be solved,which provides a reference for the applications of dummy-template molecularly imprinted technology in food inspection.
