Determination of Heavy Metals in Biodegradable Tapes by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS)
In order to make up for the shortage of standard detection methods, this study established an ICP-MS method for the simultaneous determination of 11 heavy metals in biodegradable tapes, including As,Cd,Co,Cr,Cu,Ni,Mo,Pb,Se,Zn and Hg.0.2 g of biodegradable tape sample was microwave-assisted in nitric acid. After digestion, the sample was cooled to room temperature. The digestion tank was removed and placed on a temperature controlled electric heating plate. The sample was heated at 120 ℃ for 30 minutes, and the digestion solution was made up to 50 mL with 3%dilute nitric acid.ICP-MS was used to analyze the samples, and the results showed that the detection limit(LOD)of the 11 elements was 0.0044~0.6565 mg/kg,and the method quantification limit(LOQ)range was 0.0148~2.1882 mg/kg.The linear regression coefficients(R2)were in the range of 0.9991~1.0000 in the range of 0~50 pg/L.The recoveries of each element spiked were in the range of 80%~115%.In this study, the sample pretreatment and instrumental analysis conditions were determined, and the confirmation of the assay method and the detection of the actual samples were achieved. The results showed that the method determined in this study is sensitive, with good accuracy and precision, and can simultaneously determine a variety of heavy metals in biodegradable tapes.
