新工科背景下科研反哺实验教学——新能源材料与器件专业物理化学实验设计

随着新工科建设的不断深入,加快培养符合未来科技发展的复合型人才是大势所趋.因此,本文提出针对新能源材料与器件专业,采用以科研反哺实验教学的模式,设计了基于化学水浴沉积法制备SnS薄膜的本科物理化学实验方案,深入探究基底材料和加料顺序对薄膜生长特性的影响.该实验不仅能加深学生对物理化学概念的理解,还能锻炼学生制备功能薄膜的能力,使学生进一步了解前沿材料制备技术,提升学生的科学素养.
Research Feeding Teaching in the Context of Emerging Engineering Education——A Physical Chemistry Experiment Design for New Energy Materials and Devices
With the deepening of the construction of emerging engineering education,it is a general trend to accelerate the cultivation of compound talents in line with the future development of science and technology.Therefore,this paper proposes that for the New Energy Materials and Devices,the talent training mode of feeding teaching with scientific research is to be adopted,and an undergraduate physical chemistry experimental program based on the preparation of SnS thin films by chemical bath deposition method is designed to investigate the effects of the substrate material and feeding sequence on the growth characteristics of the thin films in depth.This experiment can not only deepen students'understanding of physical chemistry concepts,but also exercise students'ability to prepare functional thin film materials,enable students to further understand the cutting-edge preparation technology,and enhance their scientific literacy.
