药剂学实验是荆楚理工学院制药工程专业的必修课之一,存在课程实施以"教"为中心,持续改进机制不完善的问题.基于OBE教育理念,构建以能力为导向的课程目标,开展设计性实验,以苍术挥发油包合物的制备为例,融入PDCA过程管理方法来优化教学设计与实施过程,进行教学改革探索,有利于学生综合实验能力的培养,深入了解更先进的制剂技术、对提升教学质量也具有重要意义.
Research on the Reform of Pharmaceutical Design Experiment Teaching Based on OBE Concept and PDCA Cycle——Taking the Preparation of Inclusion Compound as an Example
Pharmaceutics experiment is one of the compulsory courses of pharmaceutical engineering major in Jingchu University of Technology.There is a problem that the implementation of the course is centered on'teaching'and the continuous improvement mechanism is not perfect.Based on the OBE education concept,the ability-oriented curriculum goal is constructed,and the design experiment is carried out.Taking the preparation of Atractylodes volatile oil inclusion compound as an example,the PDCA process management method is integrated to optimize the teaching design and implementation process,which is conducive to the cultivation of students'comprehensive experimental ability and is also of great significance to improve the teaching quality.
