Comprehensive design experiment,emphasizing on students as the main body,is a kind of active learning experiment through information collection,experiment designing data analysis,and results verification.To effectively help students understand the drug development process and improve the teaching efficiency of pharmaceutical experiment,comprehensive design experiment of ibuprofen injection was introduced in our department.This experiment can effectively stimulate students'initiative and upgrade self-confidence.Moreover,it can cultivate students'abilities of independent analysis and practical innovation,which achieved excellent teaching results.
