Experimental Design and Effects Analysis of Full-Track Irradiation Materials and Cells Using Mid-high Energy Heavy Ion Beams
On the one hand, both the track of med-high energy heavy ion beams implanted into biological materials is significantly deeper than that of target materials,on the other hand, the dose distribution and physic-chemical effects at different track points are quite different,so it is usually impossible for the same target point to accept irradiation form all physical and chemical effects(ie full-track irradiation). The design concept of this experiment is:based on the CR-39 nuclear track detection method, verify the comprehensive effect characteristics of full-track irradiation in pure water medium;and exploring the irradiation effect of the full-track by continuously moving target materials or cells in the opposite direction along the track. Finally, compared with the control groups, the full-track irradiation effect of heavy ion beams and its potential application value were revealed such as molecular-modification,cell improvement and ferment engineering.
