Synthesis and Properties of Molecularly Imprinted Polymers of Levamlodipine
Amlodipine molecularly imprinted polymers were successfully prepared by employing allyl DESs and organic-inorganic hybrid nanomaterials POSS as functional monomers and exploiting their synergistic effects.By optimising the ratio of DESs and POSS,the adsorption of S-AML reached 12.8 μg/mg as well as an imprinting factor of 6.95.Furthermore,the adsorption isotherms were fitted using the Langmuir model and the Freundlich model, respectively, and it was found that the adsorption process of MIP was more consistent with the Langmuir model. The solid-phase extraction performance of MIP on plasma spiked samples was evaluated, and the highest recovery of S-AML was up to 92.9%.The experimental results showed that the simultaneous use of DESs and POSS improved the selectivity and adsorption performance of the imprinted polymers for S-AML.
