摘要

《土壤和沉积物 石油烃(C10-C40)的测定 气相色谱法》(HJ 1021-2019)索氏提取法提取溶剂体积为100 mL,提取时间为 16~18 h.本文使用脂肪测定仪,探究在缩短提取时间和减少提取溶剂体积的情况下萃取石油烃(C10-C40)的可行性.结果表明,在提取时间为2 h、3 h、4 h,提取溶剂体积为50 mL、65 mL、80 mL的情况下,空白加标样回收率满足方法中70%~120%的要求,样品加标样的回收率满足方法中 50%~140%的要求.标准样品的测定结果均在不确定度范围以内.本研究结果可为使用脂肪测定仪提取土壤中石油烃(C10-C40)提供参考.

Abstract

Soils and Sediments Determination of Petroleum Hydrocarbons(C10-C40)in Soils and Sediments by Gas Chromatography(HJ1021-2019)The volume of solvent extracted by Soxhlet extraction method is 100 mL,and the extraction time is 16~18 h.In this paper,a fat analyzer was used to explore the feasibility of extracting petroleum hydrocarbons(C10-C40)under the condition of shortening the extraction time and reducing the volume of extraction solvent.The results showed that when the extraction time was 2 h,3 h,4 h,and the extraction solvent volume was 50 mL,65 mL,and 80 mL,the recovery rate of blank added standard sample met the requirements of 70%~120%in the method,and the recovery rate of sample added standard sample met the requirements of 50%~140%in the method.The determination results of standard samples are within the uncertainty range.The results of this study can provide a reference for the extraction of petroleum hydrocarbons(C10-C40)in soil by fat analyzer.
