农作物废弃物生物炭制备及改性的研究进展

生物炭作为新型绿色材料有着广泛的应用前景,农业废弃物大量被直接燃烧或丢弃.为实现其资源化利用,同时作为高性能吸附材料改善环境,本文综述了热解法、水热炭化法、微波法以及气化法等制备农业废弃物生物炭的主要方法,并对热解机理进行了探究,论述了不同改性方法通过改善生物炭孔隙结构、表面官能团数量以及增加吸附位点的数量来提高其吸附性能,总结了生物炭在废水处理、土壤改良和清洁能源方面的研究现状,以期为农作物废弃物生物炭在实际应用中更好地发挥作用提供思路.
Research update on Preparation and Modification of Biochar from Crop Residues
Biochar,as a new type of green material,has a wide range of application prospects.Crop residues is directly burned or discarded in large quantities in China.In order to realize the resource utilization and improve the environment as a high-performance adsorption material,this paper reviewed the main preparation methods of biochar from crop residues including pyrolysis,hydrothermal carbonization,microwave and gasification,and studied the pyrolysis mechanism.Various modification methods were used to improve the adsorption properties of biochar for changing its pore structure,the number of surface functional groups and increasing the number of adsorption sites.The research status of biochar in wastewater treatment,soil improvement and clean energy was summarized.It provides ideas for agricultural biochar to play a better role in practical application.
