Survey Research on Co-processing of Contaminated Soil in Cement Kiln in Guangdong Province
The cement kiln co-processing can quickly remove contaminated soil from the site,shorten the restoration period,and eliminate environmental risks,which,as a model of"resource utilization and detoxification",has been widely applied.Through statistical data analysis,from 2016 to 2022,the number of contaminated sites in Guangdong Province using cement kiln co-processing technology experienced a process of"slow increase-decrease-rapid increase-sharp decrease".There are 4 Prefecture-level cities in Guangdong Province that have adopted the cement kiln co-processing for the remediation of contaminated soil,among which Guangzhou has the largest number of contaminated sites and treated contaminated soil volume,followed by Huizhou,Shenzhen and Zhongshan.Cement kiln co-processing can safely dispose of 25 different pollutants.Heavy metals and inorganic compounds contaminated soil accounts for the largest proportion,which is 91.89%.The feed rate of heavy metal and inorganic compounds contaminated soil and combined pollutants contaminated soil adopted by cement enterprises in Guangdong Province ranges from 2%to 10%,and the feed rate of organic compounds contaminated soil is about 5%.In 2022,61.9%of Prefecture-level city in Guangdong Province have cement production enterprises,and there is still huge potential for co-processing of contaminated soil in cement kiln in Guangdong Province.
