江苏某地块土壤污染状况调查及风险评估

以江苏某污染地块为例,在初步采样调查的基础上开展了详细采样调查和风险评估工作.结果表明:土壤部分样品中的石油烃(C10-C40)和苯并(a)芘的检测值超过了GB36600-2018中第一类用地筛选值.经污染地块风险评估电子表格计算得到,地块内苯并(a)芘的致癌风险值超过10-6,石油烃(C10-C40)的危害商超过 1,即杂填土层和粉质粘土层的苯并(a)芘和石油烃(C10-C40)的健康风险不可接受.同时计算得到,杂填土层和粉质粘土层的苯并(a)芘的风险控制值为0.549 mg/kg,石油烃(C10-C40)的风险控制值为826 mg/kg.
Investigation and Risk Assessment of Soil Pollution in a Plot of Jiangsu Province
Take a polluted land in Jiangsu as an example.Detailed sampling survey and risk assessment were carried out on the basis of preliminary sampling survey.The results show that:The detection value of petroleum hydrocarbon(C10-C40)and benzo(a)pyrene in some soil samples exceeded the screening value of Class Ⅰ land in GB36600-2018.It is calculated by the risk assessment spreadsheet of contaminated land.The carcinogenic risk value of benzo(a)pyrene in the plot exceeds 10-6,The hazard quotient of petroleum hydrocarbon(C10-C40)exceeds 1,That is,the health risk of benzo(a)pyrene and petroleum hydrocarbon(C10-C40)in miscellaneous fill layer and silty clay layer is unacceptable.At the same time,The risk control value of benzo(a)pyrene in miscellaneous fill soil layer and silty clay layer is 0.549mg/kg,The risk control value of petroleum hydrocarbon(C10-C40)is 826mg/kg.
