Exploration of Innovative Experimental Teaching in Medicinal Chemistry of Natural Products——Taking the Extraction and Separation of Polysaccharides from Phyllanthus Emblica as an Example
Medicinal chemistry of natural products is an important foundational course in pharmacy speciality.Experiment teaching is necessary for the course of medicinal chemistry of natural products.With the development of science and technology,various chromatography techniques have been increasingly applied in the extraction and separation of natural compounds.Therefore,taking the extraction and separation of polysaccharides from Phyllanthus emblica as an example,we explored the application of multiple chromatography assay in experiment teaching of natural constituents.This innovative experiment has improved comprehensive practical skills of students,providing reference and inspiration for creative experiment teaching of medicinal chemistry of natural products.
