Preparation and Application of Rutin Molecularly Imprinted Polymer
Using MCM-48 as the sacrificial carrier, rutin(RT)as the template molecule, and 3-carboxylic phenylboronic acid(CPBA)as the functional monomer,Rutin-based molecularly imprinted polymers(RT-MIPs)were prepared. The content was determined using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer; The preparation conditions were optimized. When CPBA is 50 mg,the molar ratio of resorcinol to formaldehyde is 1∶2,and pH is 8.5,the adsorption capacity of RT-IMPs to target molecule RT was the best, and the adsorption capacity was 14.80 mg/g.The actual samples(Sophora, buckwheat, corn, jujube)were marked recovery experiment, the recovery rate was 95.43%~106.07%,the design of this method was reasonable. This shows that RT-MIPs have promising practical applications and are expected to be used for the rapid and selective separation and extraction of the active ingredient RT in natural drugs, providing a new approach for their isolation and enrichment.
