Study on the Combustion Characteristics of Biomass Profiles
In this paper, the combustion characteristics of biomass profile were studied by Thermogravimetric analysis, and the thermogravimetric curve and thermos-differential weight loss curve of biomass profile fuel were obtained. From the curve,it can also be observed that the ignition temperature of biomass combustion is around 280℃,and the reaction rate of the combustion reaction is the highest when the temperature reaches 304℃.This indicates that biomass profiles have a low ignition point and relatively high activation energy. In order to ensure sufficient gas production and high gasification efficiency when biomass is burned in the gasifier, the temperature of the oxidation layer should be maintained at around 900℃,and the temperature of the reduction layer should be maintained at around 700℃.This provides a theoretical basis for the optimization design of the biomass gasifier.
