摘要

目的:研究含酒精类消毒剂产品的放置稳定性.方法:模拟普通家庭放置条件,基于顶空进样-气相色谱法,对9 类不同型式的含酒精类消毒剂产品的初始乙醇含量及放置稳定性进行了比较性分析.结果:原封状态下,喷罐和压盖式产品中乙醇含量随放置时间增长呈较明显的下降趋势,同一类不同种产品间也呈现较明显的差异(变异系数=0.3%~46.2%),其他7 类产品中乙醇含量均未发现显著变化(极差<3.5%),且同一类不同种产品间差异较弱(变异系数<14.4%).启封状态下,具有喷嘴的喷壶式与按压式含酒精类消毒剂产品的放置稳定性相对其他类型具有显著差异.结论:具有喷嘴的喷壶式与按压式含酒精类消毒剂产品应在启封后尽快使用.棉球与湿巾类产品中,单独包装具有更好的放置稳定性.

Abstract

Objective:To study the placement stability of alcohol-based disinfectant products.Methods:The experiment was conducted to analyze the initial ethanol contents and placement ability of placement(simulate normal home placement conditions)stability for 9 different types of alcohol-based disinfectant products by headspace sampling-gas chromatography.Results:In the original package,the ethanol content in spray cans and capping products showed a significant downward trend with the increase of placement duration,and there was obvious differences between different products of the same class(coefficient of variation=0.3%~46.2%),while no significant change(range<3.5%)was found in the other 7 types of products,and the difference between different products of the same type was weak(coefficient of variation<14.4%).After opening,the placement stability of spray can type and push type alcohol-based disinfectant products with nozzles was significantly different from that of other types.Conclusion:The spray can type and push type alcohol-based disinfectant products with nozzles should be used as soon as possible after opening.individual packaging for cotton balls and wet wipes has better placement stability.
