摘要

在许多商业流化床工艺中,在线生成的颗粒物料必须从床中排出,以维持正常流化与聚合稳定.本文详述了气相法聚乙烯流化床间歇排料对床层流体力学性质的潜在扰动、排料时间对工业流化床聚合稳定性的系列影响以及主要应对措施,并对于其中一种措施给出相应计算与合理化分析.

Abstract

In commercial fluidized bed processes,it is often necessary to discharge the granular materials generated on-line to maintain normal fluidization and polymerization stability.This paper describes in detail the potential disturbance on the hydrodynamic properties caused by the intermittent discharge of the gas-phase polyethylene fluidized bed,the series effects of the discharge time on the polymerization stability of the industrial fluidized bed,and the main countermeasures.It also includes corresponding calculations and rationalization analysis for one of the measures.
