基于卸妆力、熔点维度的卸妆膏体系研究及开发

本文对卸妆膏中主要成分油脂、乳化剂和合成蜡分别进行研究,其中,油脂原料以卸妆力为主要考察维度,筛选出卸妆力强且导致痘风险椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯作为主油脂;乳化剂原料以乳化能力和使用感为主要考察维度,筛选出PEG-20 甘油三异硬脂酸酯作为主乳化剂,复配PEG-3 甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-7 甘油椰油酸酯、山梨醇聚醚-30 四异硬脂酸酯使用;合成蜡以熔点和稳定性为考察维度,筛选出PERFORMA SW-84 合成蜡作增稠成分.依据上述研究,制得的卸妆膏产品卸妆力强,熔点低且稳定,为卸妆配方的开发思路提供参考.
In this paper,the main components of the makeup remover,oil,emulsifier and synthetic wax,were studied separately,among which,the oil raw material was examined in terms of makeup removing power,and coco-caprylate/decanoate was selected as the main oil,which has strong makeup removing power and no risk of acne;the emulsifier raw material was examined in terms of emulsifying ability and sense of use,and PEG-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate was selected as the main emulsifier,compounded with PEG-3 Disostearate,PEG Glyceryl Cocoate and Sorbeth-30 tetraisosterte.The synthetic waxes were selected based on their melting point and stability,and PERFORMA SW-84 synthetic wax was selected.Based on the above findings,and the products produced were strong in removing makeup,with low and stable melting points,providing a reference for the development of makeup remover formulations.
