基于卸妆力、熔点维度的卸妆膏体系研究及开发

本文对卸妆膏中主要成分油脂、乳化剂和合成蜡分别进行研究,其中,油脂原料以卸妆力为主要考察维度,筛选出卸妆力强且导致痘风险椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯作为主油脂;乳化剂原料以乳化能力和使用感为主要考察维度,筛选出PEG-20 甘油三异硬脂酸酯作为主乳化剂,复配PEG-3 甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-7 甘油椰油酸酯、山梨醇聚醚-30 四异硬脂酸酯使用;合成蜡以熔点和稳定性为考察维度,筛选出PERFORMA SW-84 合成蜡作增稠成分。依据上述研究,制得的卸妆膏产品卸妆力强,熔点低且稳定,为卸妆配方的开发思路提供参考。
Research of Makeup Remover System based on Makeup Removing and Melting Point
In this paper,the main components of the makeup remover,oil,emulsifier and synthetic wax,were studied separately,among which,the oil raw material was examined in terms of makeup removing power,and coco-caprylate/decanoate was selected as the main oil,which has strong makeup removing power and no risk of acne;the emulsifier raw material was examined in terms of emulsifying ability and sense of use,and PEG-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate was selected as the main emulsifier,compounded with PEG-3 Disostearate,PEG Glyceryl Cocoate and Sorbeth-30 tetraisosterte.The synthetic waxes were selected based on their melting point and stability,and PERFORMA SW-84 synthetic wax was selected.Based on the above findings,and the products produced were strong in removing makeup,with low and stable melting points,providing a reference for the development of makeup remover formulations.
