化工型炼厂转型发展关键技术开发及工业应用

中国石化工程建设有限公司在世界范围内首次开发了重油高效催化裂解(Residue to chemicals,简称RTC)成套工艺与工程技术。该技术创造性地采用锥形快速床反应器,以重质油为原料,最大化生产丙烯、乙烯及BTX产品。与传统催化裂解相比,RTC技术具有更好的原料适应性,可显著提高催化裂解装置原料掺渣率,产品液化气+汽油总收率达 66%以上,丙烯收率达17%,柴油收率仅为13%,符合降低柴油、增产化工品未来市场的需求。该技术已成功应用于中国石化安庆分公司 300万吨/年重油催化裂解装置。
Development and Industrial Application of Key Technologies for the Transformation and Development of Chemical Refineries
Sinopec Engineering Construction Co.,Ltd.has developed for the first time a complete set of process and engineering technology ofresiduetochemicals(RTC).This technology creatively adopts a conical fast bed reactor,which using heavy oil as raw material,to maximize the production of propylene,ethylene,and BTX products.Compared with traditional catalytic cracking,RTC technology has better raw material adaptability.It can significantly improve the slag blending rate of raw materials in catalytic cracking units,with a total yield of over 66%for liquefied gas and gasoline,17%for propylene,and only 13%for diesel,which meets the future market demand for reducing diesel and increasing chemical production.This technology has been successfully applied to the 3 million tons/year heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of Sinopec Anqing Branch.
