摘要
排放源统计是传统生态环境统计工作的进一步划分,在公平、公正衡量生态环境工作成效中起着重要的数据支撑作用.本文从"十四五"阶段发布的《排放源统计调查制度》入手,结合实际工作,梳理了排放源统计工作的制度框架、工作流程及历史演变,指出了排放源统计工作时效性逐年加强的特点,并分析其变化原因.
Abstract
Emission source statistics originates from traditional ecological environmental statistics,and comes to be a new part of ecological environmental statistics,which plays an important role in fair and impartial assessment of ecological environment achievements.Combined with practical statistics work and"Emission Source Statistics Survey System",which were published in 14th five-year plan,emission source survey system's frame,process,and historical evolution were sorted,which indicated a feature of strengthening effectiveness,and the reasons were elaborated.
