摘要
双酚A是分布最广泛,危害最大的环境内分泌干扰物,尽管在环境中浓度很低,但是因为具有难降解、持久性和易富集等特性,对生态平衡和人类的健康存在严重威胁.传统的分析方法所使用的仪器设备价格昂贵,对检测人员的专业技能要求高,而且在实际操作过程中还需要对样品进行复杂的预处理和前处理.针对双酚 A在环境中分布浓度低的特点,本文构建了一种基于核酸杂交链式反应信号放大的高灵敏、快速检测方法,用于检测环境中的双酚 A.该方法无需精密仪器,无需专业技能,将为实现酚类环境内分泌干扰物快速、便捷地检测提供可靠的方法选择.
Abstract
Bisphenol A is one of the most harmful endocrine disruptors.It is a widely distributed and highly toxic.Although the concentration in the environment is very low,it poses a serious threat to the ecological balance and human health because of its difficult-degradation and bioaccumulation.In this manuscript,a sensitive method for bisphenol A was developed based on graphene oxide(GO)and hybridization chain reaction.The detection method is sensitive,selective,simple,and performed well for Bisphenol A determination in real water samples.
