痛风标志物尿酸的SERS检测研究

使用柠檬酸钠作为还原剂还原硝酸银合成银纳米颗粒,通过紫外-可见光谱与扫描电镜表征制备的银纳米颗粒并将其用作SERS增强基底,使用结晶紫(CV)分子作为探针表征基底的重现性.对不同浓度的尿酸标准品进行SERS检测,确认尿酸特征峰的归属.结果表明,尿酸在638 cm-1位置处的峰强度与对应的浓度呈线性关系,得到线性相关系数R2=0.9939.使用SERS的方法能够进行尿酸的快速检测,SERS的技术将会为痛风标志物的医学临床检测提供了新的方法.
SERS Detection Study of The Gout Marker Uric Acid
Silver nanoparticles were synthesized by reducing silver nitrate with sodium citrate as a reducing agent.The prepared silver nanoparticles were characterized by UV-VIS spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy and used as SERS enhanced substrate.Crystal violet(CV)molecules were used as probes to characterize the reproducibility of the substrate.SERS detection was performed on uric acid standards of different concentrations to confirm the attribution of uric acid characteristic peaks.The results showed that the peak intensity of uric acid at 638 cm-1 had a linear relationship with the corresponding concentration,and the linear correlation coefficient R2=0.9939 was obtained.The SERS method can be used for rapid detection of uric acid,and SERS technology will provide a new method for medical clinical detection of gout markers.
