Silver nanoparticles were synthesized by reducing silver nitrate with sodium citrate as a reducing agent. The prepared silver nanoparticles were characterized by UV-VIS spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy and used as SERS enhanced substrate.Crystal violet(CV)molecules were used as probes to characterize the reproducibility of the substrate.SERS detection was performed on uric acid standards of different concentrations to confirm the attribution of uric acid characteristic peaks. The results showed that the peak intensity of uric acid at 638 cm-1 had a linear relationship with the corresponding concentration, and the linear correlation coefficient R2=0.9939 was obtained. The SERS method can be used for rapid detection of uric acid, and SERS technology will provide a new method for medical clinical detection of gout markers.
