摘要

"模块化"教学是以岗位工作需求为导向,重新整合课程内容,构建学生的实践技能体系.该课题研究从中药材陈皮中提取橙皮苷的最优工艺.采用碱提酸沉法,以料液比例、超声时间、pH、超声功率为考察指标,以橙皮苷的得率为唯一指标,对陈皮中橙皮苷的提取工艺条件进行优化.本课题将创新性,开放性的试验设计与课堂知识和技能进行融合,能够深化学生对知识的融会贯通,强化学生的实践操作技能,培养学生的创新思维和创新能力,从而促进教学研全面协同发展.

Abstract

Modular teaching is guided by job requirements,re integrating course content,and constructing a practical skills system for students.This project studies the optimal process for extracting hesperidin from the traditional Chinese medicine tangerine peel.The alkaline extraction and acid precipitation method was used to optimize the extraction process conditions of hesperidin from tangerine peel,with the ratio of material to liquid,ultrasound time,pH,and ultrasound power as the evaluation indicators,and the yield of hesperidin as the sole indicator.This project will integrate innovative and open experimental design with classroom knowledge and skills,which can deepen students'integration and connection of knowledge,strengthen their practical operation skills,cultivate their innovative thinking and ability,and promote the comprehensive coordinated development of teaching and research.
