在药物化学课外活动中培养本科生科研创新能力
Cultivating Innovative Capability and Scientific Research Ability of Undergraduates in Extra-curricular Projects of Medical Chemistry

摘要
创新推动科学发展,科学发展驱动社会进步.因此,培养科研创新人才是高校的重要使命.然而传统的课堂教学,注重知识传递而忽视实践应用,不能很好地满足培养创新性科研人才的需求.课外科研活动作为传统课堂教学的补充,有利于充分调动学生的积极性,为学生的创新创造提供生长平台.本文基于药物化学课外科研活动,就课外科研对本科生科研创新能力的培养进行讨论.
Abstract
Innovation promotes science development,and science advance is a vital driver of social progress.Thus,it is important to cultivate scientific talents with innovative ability for university.However,traditional classroom teaching emphasizes knowledge transfer but neglects practice,which contributes to the unmet need of cultivation of innovative and scientific talents.As supplement,extra-curricular researches are conductive to evoke undergraduates'passion and help them develop innovative ability.This article discusses the influence of extra-curricular researches on developing inventive capability and scientific research ability of undergraduates in medical chemistry.
