开口剂配方对聚乙烯膜料性能的影响

以中韩石化公司线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)35H粉料为基料,分别加入不同种类的开口剂A、B、C、D四种易开口复合助剂,研究了四种开口剂复合助剂对材料的热性能,力学性能、氧化诱导期、光学性能及开口性能的影响,也进一步研究了开口剂的添加量对材料各方面性能的影响。结果表明在开口剂相同添加量的情况下,A、B、C、D 四种易开口复合助剂,开口剂 B-1 配方的薄膜雾度和开口性能最优,通过调整开口剂 B 的添加量,在保证薄膜开口性的同时可进一步提升薄膜雾度。同样条件下测试了市场上的开口膜料卡塔尔Q2018H及中韩EGF-35H的光学性能和开口性能,结果显示开口剂B-1配方的膜料雾度及开口性均优于对比的膜料产品。
Effect of Anti-blocking Agent Formulation on the Properties of Polyethylene Films
Using the linear low-density polyethylene EGF-35H powder(produced by Sinopec-SK(Wuhan)petrochemical company)as the base material,four kinds of anti-blocking agents A,B,C,and D were added respectively.The effects of these compound additives on the thermal properties,mechanical properties,oxidation induction time,optical properties,and opening performance of the material were investigated.Furthermore,the influence of the amount of anti-blocking agent added on various properties of the material was further studied.The results indicated that under the condition of same amount of anti-blocking agent,anti-blocking agent B was optimal among the four types of additives A,B,C,and D in the haze and opening performance of films.By adjusting the amount of anti-blocking B,the haze of film could be further increased while ensuring the opening performance of the film.The optical and opening performance of Q2018H from Qatar and EGF-35H were also tested under the same condition.The results showed that the haze and opening performance of the film made by B-1 formulation are superior to Q2018H and EGF-35H.
