面对东海靶区工区面积大、井稀疏、非均质性较强的不利条件,结合现有压裂手段,利用控制变量法,对不同的压裂液配方体系进行减阻性能测定、表面张力测定、防膨性能测定、流变性能测定、破胶液配伍性测定与破胶液破乳率测定及压裂液伤害评价,优选出适合低渗气藏压裂液配方体系。并对优选出的压裂液配方体系进行压后岩石润湿性测试,根据实验结果,最终选择 0。54%羟丙基瓜尔胶+0。1%助排剂A+0。1%助排剂B+0。05%黏土稳定剂A+0。1%黏土稳定剂B+0。1%的pH调节剂+0。24%高温破胶剂A作为最佳的东海A气藏压裂液配方体系。
Experimental Study on Optimization of Fracturing Fluid in Offshore Low Permeability Gas Reservoir
In the face of the unfavorable conditions of large working area,sparse wells and strong heterogeneity in the East China Sea target area,combined with the existing fracturing methods,the control variable method is used to determine the drag reduction performance,surface tension,anti-swelling performance,rheological properties,compatibility of gel breaking fluid,demulsification rate of gel breaking fluid and damage evaluation of fracturing fluid for different fracturing fluid formulation systems,and the fracturing fluid formulation system suitable for low permeability gas reservoirs is optimized.According to the experimental results,0.54%hydroxypropyl guar gum and 0.1%cleanup additive A and 0.1%cleanup additive B and 0.05%clay stabilizer A and 0.1%clay stabilizer B and 0.1%pH regulator and 0.24%high temperature gel breaker A was selected as the best fracturing fluid formulation system for East China Sea A gas reservoir.
