HLLW Vitrification Plant Layout and Remote Operation
HLLW is mainly the highly radioactive waste liquid produced in decontamination and separation stage of spent fuel reprocessing,it concentrate more than 95%of the spent fuels radioactivity.So there are many cells in vitrification plant.Because of the cell has highly radioactive and lots of equipment need to be operated and maintained,the operator need remote handling and maintenance operation gallery outside the cell.So the cell layout and remote operation is important for vitrification plant operation.This paper discusses the idea of vitrification plant and the cell layout,optimize the layout plan base on some remote operation problems in existing project.In order to provide reference for domestic engineering practice.
