甲壳素-锆催化乙酰丙酸乙酯制备γ-戊内酯的研究
Study on Preparation of γ-Valerolactone from Ethyl Levulinate Catalyzed by Chitin-Zr

摘要
随着能源与环境问题的日益显著,可再生能源及化学品的生产利用逐渐引起人们关注.本研究中,我们设计了一种以新型绿色的催化剂甲壳素-锆,并以异丙醇(IPA)作为氢供体,用于催化生物质平台产物乙酰丙酸乙酯(EL)制备γ-戊内酯(GVL).我们采用了SEM-mapping、FT-IR和TGA等多种技术,对甲壳素-Zr进行了分析表征,我们继续进行了催化实验测试,结果表明,添加0.4 mL IPA、温度为170℃、甲壳素-锆用量为60 mg(27 mol%Zr)、反应时间为4 h时所得催化结果最佳,同时,在经过4次回收循环利用后,甲壳素-锆的催化能力并未发生显著降低,此外,我们对此催化剂催化乙酰丙酸及其酯和其他具有相近结构的化合物进行催化测试,均得到了较为良好的催化效能.
Abstract
With the development of energy and environment problem,people pay more attention to the production and utilization of renewable energy and chemicals.In this paper,we designed a new catalyst chitin-Zr derived from green resource for catalytic preparation of ethyl levulinate(EL)to γ-valerolactone(GVL)and isopropanol(IPA)as the hydrogen donor.First,we made some characterization techniques such as SEM-mapping,FT-IR,and TGA to characterize the chitin-Zr structure.Then we conducted the catalyst experiments for the conversion of EL to GVL,the result showed that the best catalytic conditions were adding 0.4 mL IPA,170℃,60 mg(27 mol%Zr)chitin-Zr dosage,and 4 h reaction time.Meanwhile,the chitin-Zr catalytic ability had not significantly reduced after 4 times recycling.Besides,we conducted catalytic experiments on this catalyst to catalyze levulinic acid and its esters and other compounds with similar structures,there are also obtained relatively good catalytic performance.
