正交试验法优化泡核桃青皮总黄酮的提取工艺

为了优化泡核桃青皮总黄酮的提取工艺,本实验采用回流提取法提取泡核桃青皮中的总黄酮,以总黄酮提取率为考察指标,考察提取溶剂、料液比、提取时间和提取温度对总黄酮提取率的影响,在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交试验法优化总黄酮的提取工艺.结果最佳提取工艺为:以50%乙醇溶液为提取溶剂、料液比为1∶40、沸水浴回流提取60 min,泡核桃青皮中总黄酮质量分数为9.81%.泡核桃青皮中总黄酮含量较高,优化得到的提取工艺稳定,提取率高.
Optimization of Extraction Process of Total Flavonoids from Green Peel of Juglans sigillate Dode by Orthogonal Experiment
To optimize extraction technology of total flavonoids in the green peel of Juglans sigillate Dode.Total flavonoids from the green peel of Juglans sigillate Dode were extracted by reflux extraction method,taking the extraction rate of total flavonoids as index,the effects of extraction solvent,solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction temperature on the extraction rate of total flavonoids were investigated.Based on the single factor experiment,the extraction process of total flavonoids was optimized by orthogonal test.The optimal extraction process was:50%ethanol solution as the extraction solvent,the ratio of solid to liquid was 1∶40,boiling water bath reflux extraction for 60 min.The content of total flavonoids was 9.81%.The content of total flavonoids from the green peel of Juglans sigillate Dode was high,and the Optimized extraction technology was stable with high extraction rate of total flavonoids.
