摘要

本研究首次探讨了依克多因与生理脂质复合物在临床应用中的协同效应.通过测定 31 名面部有老化症状的受试者在使用产品前及使用产品后2周和4周后皮肤水分、TEWL、弹性、紧致度、皱纹等的变化对产品功效进行评估.结果表明,使用产品4 周后皮肤水分、弹性、紧致度较使用前均有显著性提升(p<0.05),TEWL和皱纹较使用前均有显著性下降(p<0.05),结果表明依克多因与生理脂质复合物显著提升了皮肤屏障功能和抗衰老指标.

Abstract

This study for the first time explored the synergistic effects of Ectoin and physiological lipid complexes in clinical applications.The efficacy of the product was evaluated by measuring changes in skin hydration,Transepidermal Water Loss(TEWL),elasticity,firmness,and wrinkles in 31 subjects with signs of facial aging before product use,and after 2 and 4 weeks of use.The results showed that after 4 weeks of product use,there were significant improvements in skin hydration,elasticity,and firmness(p<0.05),and significant reductions in TEWL and wrinkles(p<0.05),indicating that Ectoin and physiological lipid complexes significantly enhanced skin barrier function and anti-aging indicators.
